How do I recover my account on a new device?

Bind an email in the app first. On a new device, use the email verification flow to recover the same account and synced data.

Why did Lisa not remind me?

Check proactive reminder settings, Today Quiet, and iOS notification permission. Lisa cannot show notifications if system permission is off.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. You can view status or restore purchases in the app, or cancel renewal in Apple ID subscription settings.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Open account editing in the app and start the delete account flow. After deletion, local identity is cleared and you must choose to start again.

How does Lisa use what I enter?

Tasks, conversations, voice transcripts, and preferences you submit to Lisa are used to organize tasks, create reviews, and personalize reminders. See the Privacy Policy for details.
