By downloading, accessing, or using TodoLisa, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the app.

License

TodoLisa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license. You may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, rent, or use the app in unauthorized ways.

Accounts and Content

You are responsible for your account, device identity, and submitted content. You keep your rights to your content, and you allow us to process it to provide task organization, reminders, reviews, sync, and support.

Lisa and AI Output

Lisa suggestions, task parsing, and reviews are for everyday organization only. They are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Important matters still require your own judgment and verification.

Subscriptions and Billing

If paid features are offered, purchase, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and trials are handled by the relevant platform and follow the rules shown at purchase.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features, prices, and availability may change as the product, platform rules, or operations evolve.

Termination and Deletion

You may stop using the app or delete your account. We may limit or terminate access for abuse, illegal activity, service security risks, or violations of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

TodoLisa is provided as is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
