TodoLisa is built around task organization, preferences, reminders, and evening reviews. We collect only the information needed to provide those features, protect accounts, and keep the app reliable.

Information We Collect

This may include account and device identifiers, email address, avatar, subscription status, task content, Lisa conversations, voice transcripts, uploaded screenshots or images, preferences, notification settings, product interaction, app logs, and necessary diagnostics.

AI Feature Processing

When you allow AI processing and use Lisa features, relevant inputs are sent through the TodoLisa backend to OpenRouter and the AI model providers OpenRouter routes to. This may include task text, Lisa chat messages, voice transcripts, uploaded screenshots or image URLs/captions, schedule dates, task status, and Lisa preference context. We use this data to parse tasks, generate suggestions, prepare morning/evening/weekly reviews, and return Lisa replies. We do not sell this content, and AI output is not professional advice.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and sync tasks, recover accounts, save Lisa tone and memories, provide reminders, sync subscription status, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with cloud infrastructure, storage, analytics, email, payment, App Store, OpenRouter, or routed AI model providers only when needed to operate the service. We require these providers to protect personal data with the same or equivalent protections required for TodoLisa.

Retention and Deletion

Account and task data are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account in the app or contact support to request access, correction, or deletion.
